Thank you for shopping with Everyday Serve. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Because we operate using a dropshipping model, items may ship directly from our suppliers, and shipping times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s fulfillment center.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a tracking email once your order has shipped
Processing times do not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
United States & Canada

Please note: These are estimated time frames. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, holiday periods, or global events outside our control.
If you'd like custom shipping times based on your suppliers, I can adjust them.
3. Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items:

Items may arrive in separate packages

Each package will have its own tracking number

This does not affect your shipping cost
This is normal for dropshipping stores as items may ship from different warehouses.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking. Once your order ships:

A tracking number will be emailed to you

Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update depending on the carrier
If your tracking number does not update after 7 days, contact us and we will check with the supplier.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items purchased.
We sometimes offer:

Seasonal shipping discounts
Check your cart or our banner for current offers.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

Handling fees
These charges are not included in item prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not control these fees, and they vary by country.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipment
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays
If your order is lost in transit, we will reship or refund your order after verifying the issue with the carrier or supplier.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered, Everyday Serve is not responsible for theft or loss. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
8. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not able to:

Update an address after the order has shipped

Refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately after ordering.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once the order begins processing, we cannot cancel it.
